    Overview
    I am interested in understanding the molecular pathology of breast cancer and its treatment using targeted therapy in underserved populations. My current research has been focused on studying the oncogenic role of Akt and the transcription factors, Snail and Slug in HER2/neu over-expressing breast tumors.
