Assistant Professor Cynthia Davis has worked at CDU for 40 years developing culturally relevant HIV/AIDS-related primary prevention and risk reduction programs targeting medically under-resourced at risk populations. Professor Davis also is engaged in COVID-19-related education, mitigation and research as well as has obtained public and private sector funding to address food insecurity issues impacting vulnerable populations residing in Los Angeles County.
